Job summary

Salford City College Group is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to provide high-quality, flexible learner support across multiple college sites. You will work with learners with diverse needs to access the curriculum and reach their potential, alongside classroom tutors to reduce barriers to learning.

The role requires a proactive, person-centred approach and a commitment to safeguarding, with responsibilities spanning academic progress, wellbeing and inclusion across SCC locations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND and diverse needs.
• Proactive, person-centred approach to ensure learners access curriculum.
• Ability to work across multiple Centre locations within SCC group.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with SEND to achieve, belong and thrive within the college.
• Assist learners in and out of the classroom with academic progress, personal development, wellbeing, inclusion and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with classroom tutors to break down barriers and enable curriculum access across sites.
