The role involves line management of Specialist/Support Workers and collaboration with tutors to deliver tailored support aligned with ALNS and Adult Education Budget guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting youth and adult students with additional needs.
• Understanding of ALNS funding and Adult Education Budget guidance.
• Ability to work with tutors, Specialist/Support Workers and Assessors.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for students with additional needs to enable progression.
• Line manage Specialist/Student Support Workers and coordinate with tutors.
• Maintain audit trails of support activities to meet funding requirements.
• Contribute to planning discussions to support educational and pastoral activities.
