Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group support to staff following incidents such as discrimination, patient or staff safety incidents, or cumulative effects of organisational change, loss, or other challenging events.
• Support leadership to understand the impact of these incidents, including recognising ripple effects on team dynamics.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen staff wellbeing and actively promote inclusivity.
