Job summary

Kingswood Secondary Academy, part of the Coast and Vale Learning Trust, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Team. You will support pupils with SEN, work with the SENDCo and Learning Support Unit Manager, and help embed our RISE values to lift achievement and personal development.

You will join an experienced team that prides itself on a calm, purposeful learning environment and a commitment to high expectations for every pupil. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong inclusion background and pastoral skills to raise student achievement.
• Ability to support SEN students and work with SENDCo and Inclusion Team.
• Willingness to grow with the academy and contribute to its development.

Responsibilities

• Provide and lead individual and small group support for identified SEN students.
• Work with SENDCo, Learning Support Unit Manager and Inclusion Team.
• Support inclusion ethos and drive progress for pupils.
