William Lovell Church of England Academy is seeking a dedicated pastoral support role to manage on-call rotas, respond to behaviour incidents, and apply restorative approaches to maintain a safe learning environment. The postholder will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support students and staff across the school day.
Responsibilities include co-ordinating PSP/BOSS reviews, logging incidents, and assisting with transitions, reintegration, and safeguarding procedures in line with LAAT
The duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive. Duties and responsibilities outside of the general scope of this grade of post will be with the consent of the postholder.
