Powys County Council seeks an Inclusion Manager to oversee ALN statutory processes and provision across a geographical area. You will lead a team of specialists, support schools and deputise for the Service Manager as required.

You will work with the Service Manager and another Inclusion Manager to implement service delivery and statutory processes, providing high quality education and support for pupils with ALN. You will also line manage a team of Specialists.

• Qualified teacher with experience and additional qualifications in ALN.
• Flexible and resilient with capacity to manage unexpected or novel situations.
