Job summary

Northwick Manor Primary School is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Hub Lead to shape and run our new Inclusion Hub, delivering targeted teaching and interventions.

You will work with the Senior Leadership Team and SENCO to champion inclusive practice, support pupils with additional needs, and coordinate staff across the hub to sustain high standards.

This role offers a collaborative school environment and opportunities to influence pupil wellbeing and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily organisation and routines of the Inclusion Hub to ensure a calm, safe and purposeful environment.
• Deliver planned learning activities and interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Adapt activities to meet the needs of pupils with a range of learning, communication, and social-emotional needs.
• Support pupils to engage in learning and develop independence.
