Achieving for Children is recruiting a Health Visitor to champion equitable access to health services for families with children aged 0-5 years. The role involves direct work with families, supervision of nursery staff, and cross‑agency collaboration to support development outcomes.

The post emphasises partnership with family hubs, health, and education teams, with a focus on safeguarding and reducing disparities. A driving licence and mobility are required.

Competenze

• Degree level educated with Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification

• Provide expert guidance and supervision to health visiting team on SEND and underserved communities
• Undertake direct work with a targeted caseload of families
• Collaborate with family hub, health and education to build relationships with community leaders
• Line manage and supervise Targeted Support Nursery Nurses
