Job summary

Ignite Learning Partnership seeks a Communication and Interaction Specialist to join the Inclusion Team of St Stephens CofE Primary, Wolverhampton. You will shape provision for learners across the Trust and support school leaders, SENDCOs and staff to ensure excellent educational experiences for children with communication needs.

You will lead coaching, training and modelling best practice, working with families and external agencies to raise outcomes and contribute to strategic inclusion

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with communication and interaction needs.
• Understanding of inclusive education practices and safeguarding.
• Ability to coach and model best practice to school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist guidance to school leaders and SENDCOs.
• Support staff with strategies for communication and interaction needs.
• Deliver coaching and training to build capacity across the Trust.
