Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families in educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH and SEND to access learning and develop emotional regulation.
• Build relationships with children, families and staff.
• Provide targeted pastoral and wellbeing interventions.
• Act as a liaison between home and school to support family engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
• Support successful transitions back to mainstream learning.
