Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Inclusion Practitioner Team Manager to lead the Best Start in Life service. The role focuses on inclusive practice, early intervention and partnership working to ensure every child has the best start in life.

You will champion innovation, drive improvements, and supervise a skilled team to deliver high-quality outcomes for children, young people and families across Warwickshire.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in children's services, early help, or family support.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of inclusion, early intervention and family-centred practice.
• Experience embedding restorative and relationship-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inclusion Practitioner Team to deliver high-quality, inclusive support.
• Embed restorative practices across the service and work with partners to improve outcomes.
• Drive service improvement, innovation and change with data-driven oversight.
• Build strong partnerships across education, health, social care and the voluntary sector.
