Mencap NI is looking for an Inclusion Consultant (Research) to leverage experience in researching the impact of its work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an interest in research, possess strong communication skills, and be passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Mencap NI has an exciting opportunity for individuals with a learning disability to become an Inclusion Consultant (Research). In this role, you will leverage your experience and knowledge to research the impact of Mencap NI’s work.

As an Inclusion Consultant (Research), you will:

• want to help others
• be willing to learn new skills
• have an interest in research
• be ready to take on new challenges
• enjoy working as part of a team
• understand issues faced by people with learning disabilities
• be good at communicating and listening to others

You will collaborate with colleagues to plan, create, and conduct research projects. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role by Mencap NI.
