Job summary

Perryfields Primary Pupil Referral Unit is seeking an Inclusion Team Consultant to support mainstream staff with pupils who may present with challenging behaviours. You will provide expert guidance on inclusion strategies to promote engagement, wellbeing and successful outcomes.

Reporting to the Headteacher, you will work with families and external agencies, contribute to safeguarding, and help develop positive behavioural approaches within a supportive, Ofsted-graded setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
• Ability to work with school staff and external agencies.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
