Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Feltham is recruiting an Incident Oversight Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. You will oversee the incident inbox, monitor trends, and support in pre- and post-incident activities within the Immigration Enforcement framework.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, ability to produce dashboards in Excel, and frequent liaison with Home Office and contracted providers. Training and progression opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with incident oversight and data analysis.
• Ability to use Excel for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Incident Oversight Inbox and keep accurate incident records for senior managers.
• Assist in pre-incident preparation planning and Contingency Plan reviews.
• Engage in Contingency plan exercises and help develop test plans.
• Conduct trend analysis on incident data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Create and manage Excel dashboards to aid oversight and decision making.
• Collate information for incident debriefs, draft agendas, minutes and reports for the Head of Enforcement Operations.
• Support the OK9 Wellbeing Support Dog pilot scheme.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as the team evolves.
