Job summary

EE Limited is hiring a Sales Advisor at the Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) focuses on inbound calls from existing EE customers to find the best deals on phones and broadband.

You’ll join a lively team, start with competitive pay (£26,116 to £26,738 after 8 months) and uncapped commission. We’re looking for people who listen well, talk clearly, and enjoy helping customers choose great tech products.

• You’ll be good at listening and talking fluently.
• Calls come in to you, no cold calling.
• You're motivated by targets and commission.
