Haier Smart Home UK&I Ltd is seeking an Inbound Logistics Controller to join our UK & Ireland Supply Chain team. You’ll ensure inbound container flow into our Haier and 3PL network is managed efficiently, reducing dwell time from suppliers to customers while protecting service levels.

You’ll plan, monitor capacity and costs, build strong relationships with 3PL partners, and translate operational matters into financial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics with 3PL operations.
• Ability to plan and manage inbound container flows.
• Understanding of cost implications and operational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound container flow into Haier network.
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners.
• Monitor capacity and costs to avoid stock disruption.
• Travel to Rugby and other UK/Ireland sites as required.
