Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) is seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations to own and optimise the UK & ROI warehousing and logistics network. The role involves directing warehouse operations, inventory management, and 3PL partnerships to deliver safe, efficient and commercially impactful performance.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Transport, Order to Delivery, Commercial and Finance teams, ensuring customer satisfaction while controlling

Qualifications

Experience in UK and ROI operations including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Import and Final Mile Delivery.
Financial acumen with P&L understanding and operations impact.
Strong leadership and people development in logistics/warehousing.

Responsibilities

Oversee safe, efficient and commercially effective operation of UK and ROI warehousing and logistics network.
Collaborate with third-party providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve performance.
Drive inventory accuracy, customer experience and cost efficiency.
Travel to sites across the UK and ROI; hybrid working model.
