You will identify opportunities, assist with cover needs, and respond to enquiries across chat and phone channels. The role blends sales with strong customer service and problem-solving in a high-energy environment.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup after successful probation, with development opportunities and benefits designed to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with insurance policies.
