Policy Expert in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Advisor to join a cross-skilled team. You'll support customers from first enquiry and getting a quote through to purchasing a policy and managing ongoing needs. Hybrid work available after probation.

The role blends sales and service, building a broad skill set across phone, live chat, email and other channels. You’ll identify opportunities to offer relevant products while delivering high standards of customer experience.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels (phone, live chat, email).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create memorable experiences by handling inbound calls and enquiries related to insurance, quotes, purchases, renewals and general policy queries.
• Support customers from enquiry through to purchase and identify opportunities to offer additional products.
• Manage interactions across inbound calls, live chat, emails and letters with accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet KPIs and maintain high standards of quality and customer experience.
• Take ownership of customer queries and provide appropriate solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
