Job summary

iO-Sphere is seeking an apprenticeship sales teammate to take applicants from first call to a signed deal with their employer. All leads are inbound, no cold calling, with unlimited commission and UK-wide remote work.

You’ll handle initial conversations to assess fit, coach applicants on how to approach their manager, and join calls with HR, L&D, and employers to close agreements. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role with targets.
• Comfort with inbound leads and rapid qualification.
• Able to explain funding and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and move them through the apprenticeship process.
• Conduct first-call assessments to determine fit.
• Coordinate with managers, HR and L&D to close deals.
• Maintain CRM and ensure timely paperwork.
