Job summary

iO-Sphere in the UK trains talent in data and AI, predominantly via inbound apprenticeship leads. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. You can work from anywhere in the UK or from our E1 office in London, with a hybrid arrangement.

You’ll join the apprenticeship sales team, guiding candidates from their initial call through to a signed deal with their employer, with training provided as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Inbound leads are provided; no cold calling.
• Ability to manage a busy CRM and follow up on opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound apprenticeship sales inquiries from first contact to employer agreement.
• Guide applicants on career goals and programme fit, coordinating with managers and HR/L&D as needed.
• Lead conversations with managers to make the case for funding and sign contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and update stakeholders on deal status.
• Collaborate with the team on coaching and process improvements.
