Job summary

TUI Group in Bognor Regis is hiring a Travel Advisor on a 12-month temporary basis. You will help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and other products in our store, delivering friendly service and expert advice.

You will work 30 hours per week with a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. The role includes a commission scheme, holiday benefits, and development opportunities as you become a destination expert.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while delivering a great amount of fun.
• Aim to exceed sales objectives; in Retail this is about smashing your targets.
• Embrace change and handle customer enquiries face-to-face and virtually.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when things don’t go to plan.
• Receive training on systems to enhance knowledge and bring holidays to life for customers.
