The Liz Earle counter at Boots is seeking a friendly Advisor to deliver personalised skincare consultations and help customers feel confident in their skin. You will be based in-store, reporting to the Counter Manager and contributing to sales targets while showcasing Liz Earle promotions.

Experience in customer service and skincare is valued, with progression through our Skin School programme and a competitive benefits package including staff discounts and pension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with customers.
• Experience using skincare products on customers.

Responsibilities

• Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide personalised consultations and skin services.
• Meet sales targets and promote Liz Earle offers and in-store promotions.
• Complete the 12-month Skin School development programme.
