Clarks Reading is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a great consumer experience in-store while achieving set targets. You will actively sell shoes and accessories and support daily retail standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing retail role.
• Strong communication and product knowledge.
• Willingness to work weekends/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and meet KPIs.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Assist in stock, cash handling and security procedures.
