Job summary

Smiths News in Liverpool is seeking an Instore Merchandiser for a flexible, part-time contract. You will visit retailers, position POS materials, manage stock replenishment, and audit displays to stay on-brand.

You'll own your territory, plan visits, and build relationships with store colleagues. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required, with mileage and travel time payable where eligible.

Qualifications

• Previous Merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• You will need a friendly confident personality with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliable.
• To be located within 15 miles of advertised area.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Bring products to life on the shop floor.
• Own your territory, manage POS placement, stock replenishment and auditing.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays and build relationships with store staff.
• Plan cost-effective visits and ensure displays stay on-brand.
