Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently.
• Previous experience in retail or sales with strong customer service fundamentals.
• Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards across the store.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Build rapport with customers whilst identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, and maintain high visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately and responsibly, processing purchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with store policy and procedures
• Support loss prevention by remaining vigilant on the shop floor
