Job summary

OKA Kingston is seeking a full-time Home Stylist to join our Retail Team at the Fenwick Kingston concession. You will deliver in-store design, room planning and styling services, while supporting store operations and wider team activities.

You will be on the shop floor during opening hours, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to delight customers and drive sales. A strong interest in interior styling and high-end retail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and present design plans to customers using Vector Works, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Identify leads for larger projects and refer to the Interior Design Service (IDS).
• Provide customer consultations via email, phone, face-to-face and digital appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to project completion and after-care.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and compatible deliveries.
• Generate project revenue to meet sales targets.
• Manage EPOS transactions and related paperwork.
• Capture key customer data via Salesforce, Hero and till systems.
