Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor in-store to deliver great service at tills, collection points and on the shop floor. You will help customers with product questions, process payments and refunds, and support stock areas when needed.

The role offers flexible part-time hours across weekdays and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on friendly, efficient service and product knowledge. Training provided.

Competenze

• Must be able to work across weekdays and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Cash handling or till experience is plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, website interfaces, and collection points.
• Assist customers in-store by locating products and answering questions.
• Process payments and refunds and provide information on services.
• Support stock areas and help maintain store standards and cleanliness.
