Argos in Yeovil is seeking a friendly Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at the till, on the shop floor and at the collection counter, helping customers with online orders and product queries.

You’ll work across shifts, including weekends, be trained across store duties, and join a high-energy team focused on speedy, accurate service and a great shopping experience for every customer.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Clear communication and friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced store team.

Mansioni

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, websites screens, and collection counters.
• Assist customers by collecting products, processing payments, and explaining financial services where applicable.
• Be present on the shop floor to answer questions and provide product advice.
