Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking an In-Store Cleaning Manager for the Sainsbury's Staplehurst site. The role involves supervising the cleaning team and occasionally performing cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team delivering a high-quality cleaning service to the store.
• Carry out cleaning tasks as needed to maintain standards.
• Recruit and train the Cleaning team, plan rotas and timesheets to ensure correct pay.
• Monitor Health & Safety across the site and provide equipment and support as needed.
• Manage on-site stock and maintain a fast-paced retail cleaning operation.

Overtime Rate:will be confirmed during interview

Hours: 38 hours over 6 days

Sunday - Day off

Monday - 06:00 to 13:00

Tuesday - 06:00 to 13:00

Wednesday - 06:00 to 13:00

Thursday - 06:00 to 12:30

Friday - 06:00 to 13:00

Saturday - 06:00 to 11:00

We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you’ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

About the Job

You’ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
