Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking an In-Store Cleaning Manager at Sainsbury's South Molton. You will supervise a cleaning team, ensure high-quality service and also perform cleaning tasks yourself as needed. The role requires flexibility in working times to meet store needs.

You will recruit and train the team, plan rotas and manage timesheets while prioritising health and safety. Prior retail cleaning experience is essential.

• Ability to handle employee relations matters such as investigations and performance management.

Hours: 21 hours over 6 days

Sunday - Day off

Monday - 06:30 to 10:00

Tuesday - 06:30 to 10:00

Wednesday - 06:30 to 10:00

Thursday - 06:30 to 10:00

Friday - 06:30 to 10:00

Saturday - 06:30 to 10:00

We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you’ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

About the Job

You’ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
