Job summary

Arcus FM is hiring an In-Store Cleaning Manager for a Sainsbury’s store in South Molton, Devon, UK. You will supervise the cleaning team, deliver a high-quality service, and perform some cleaning tasks yourself to maintain store standards.

You will recruit and train staff, plan rotas and timesheets, and ensure correct payments. Flexibility with working hours is required; Health & Safety is prioritised, with full equipment and support provided on site.
