Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is recruiting an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury's Macclesfield. You will supervise the cleaning team and also perform cleaning tasks as required to deliver a high-quality service in a busy retail store.

Health & Safety is a priority; you will plan rotas, manage timesheets, and monitor on-site standards. Flexibility with working times is required to meet business needs and to support store operations.

• Experienced team manager in a fast-paced retail environment with cleaning experience.
• Experience in stock management and time recording.
• Experience handling employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team delivering high-quality cleaning at Sainsbury’s Macclesfield.
• Carry out cleaning tasks yourself as required.
• Recruit and train the Cleaning team, plan rotas and complete timesheets.
• Monitor Health & Safety across the site.

Pay Rate: £13.71per hour

Overtime Rate:will be confirmed during interview

Hours: 30 hours over 5 days

Sunday - 07:00 to 13:30

Monday - Day off

Tuesday - 06:00 to 12:30

Wednesday - 05:00 to 11:30

Thursday - 05:00 to 11:30

Friday - 05:00 to 11:30

Saturday - Day off

We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you’ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

About the Job

You’ll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
