Pixi Beauty is seeking a Sales & Education Advisor to grow our retail business across key accounts in and around Liverpool. You will support store teams, deliver product education, and drive customer engagement in a field role across the Liverpool area.

You will build relationships with store teams, deliver in-store product knowledge, coach Beauty Advisors, and represent Pixi with enthusiasm and expertise in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Liverpool area.

Responsabilités

• Drive retail sales by achieving targets and delivering personalised product recommendations.
• Deliver skincare and makeup training to Beauty Advisors and retail teams.
• Represent Pixi with enthusiasm and professionalism in-store as the brand ambassador.
