Job description

The In-stock Manager role is crucial for the planning, flow, and execution of our business activities. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end Supply Chain activities, from product-level forecasting to supplier performance management.

This role requires a continuous improvement mindset, with each ISM delivering improvement projects for their category area and the wider business.

As part of the In-Stock team, you will be a key link and change-maker for both Category management and Operations, using your influencing and collaboration skills to drive the business.

You Will:

• Own our key metrics of Availability and EDS to meet business targets.
• Perform daily product-store level forecasting, identifying and driving opportunities within your area.
• Manage supplier performance by coaching and improving our supply base to enhance customer experience.
• Lead key projects for the wider business, analyzing and delivering improvements.
• Manage distribution and supply networks, ensuring compliance and challenging the status quo.
• Plan and execute seasonal strategies.
• Own your area with commercial and analytical skills to identify trends during key trading periods and ensure excellent product availability.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Management with a proven results record.
• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through past results.
• Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain systems and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, with experience in Looker a plus.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• A proactive ownership mindset, project management ability, and collaboration skills to coordinate efforts across teams.
