Job description

The In-stock Manager role is crucial for the planning, flow, and execution of our business activities. This person will be responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain activities, from product-level forecasting to supplier performance management. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset, with each ISM delivering improvement projects for their category and the wider business. As part of the In-Stock team, you will be a key link and change-maker for Category Management and Operations, using your influencing and collaboration skills to drive the business.

You Will:
  1. Own our key metrics of Availability and EDS to meet business targets.
  2. Perform daily product-store level forecasting, identifying opportunities within your business area.
  3. Manage supplier performance, coaching and improving our supply base to enhance customer experience.
  4. Lead and deliver key projects for the wider business as a change-maker.
  5. Manage distribution and supply networks, ensuring compliance with service contracts and challenging the status quo.
  6. Plan and execute seasonal activities.
  7. Own your area with commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify trends and execute strategies for key trading periods, ensuring great product availability.
You Have:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related/analytical discipline, or relevant professional experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Management with a proven track record of results and driving change.
  3. Strong analytical skills demonstrated through results achieved.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain systems and tools like Excel, Google Sheets; experience with Looker is a plus.
  5. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  6. A ownership mindset and drive to go the extra mile, with project management skills and collaboration ability to coordinate teams.
