Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team and support the delivery of exceptional in room dining experiences for our guests.

You will act as the central point of communication, receiving and managing guest orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a warm, professional service at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage coordination, room service, or hospitality operations.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with guests.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• A service oriented mindset and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process in room dining orders via telephone and mobile platforms with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide clear, friendly, and confident menu knowledge to guests.
• Coordinate orders with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate daily events, special menus, and guest requests to the wider team.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure correct billing procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests calmly, resolving issues where possible.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards and ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
