Job summary

Voy is seeking a quality-driven Compounding In-Process Checker (IPC) to join the Compounding team in a hands-on role. You will verify critical stages of the compounding process, review batch documentation, and support the team to resolve issues before products progress to the next stage.

The role involves working alongside Pharmacists, Compounding Operatives and the Quality team to ensure safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments.
Ability to follow SOPs and batch records accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify critical data.

Responsibilities

Carry out independent in-process checks during compounding and packaging.
Verify materials, quantities, weights and calculations against batch documentation.
Check batch numbers, expiry dates and material traceability.
Review batch records for accuracy and completeness.
Check room, equipment and line clearance before processing.
Verify equipment setup and relevant processing parameters.
Complete in-process yield and reconciliation checks.
Identify and escalate errors, discrepancies or deviations.
Ensure all checks are clearly documented.
Work with Compounding Operatives, Pharmacists and Quality team.
