Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Process Checkers/QC to join the Bromborough site. The role focuses on ensuring products meet integrity and specification requirements using all available tools and software. You will perform checks on gas, weight, metal detection, labelling and conformance with one-page specs.

Working alongside the line leader, you will correct out-of-spec products, validate ingredients for value-added lines, check labels for accuracy and support quality compliance for all customers.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in QC processes.
• Ability to work with line leaders to address non-conformities.
• Experience with labelling accuracy and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• conduct all the production checks (gas, weight, metal detector, product integrity, labelling, conformance).
• ensure fat levels within mince products are within specification.
• work with the line leader to correct out of specification products.
• check labels for accuracy against specification and product.
• validate ingredients for value-added lines meeting requirements.
• conduct all checks to ensure quality compliance for customers and production orders.
