Job summary

Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking a Fundraising Programme Manager (In Memory Giving) on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is full time (34.5 hours) with a hybrid model across London, Shipley and Glasgow, including 1 day per month in the office.

Salary £42,800–£47,800 plus benefits. You’ll lead a programme of giving and engagement activities, manage budgets and a direct report, and build trusted relationships with supporters, external partners and suppliers.

• Excellent planning and delivery skills with ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources and use data to drive decision making.
• People leadership experience and ability to support a team and foster inclusion.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data and insight to identify improvements.
• Sensitivity and sound judgement when dealing with emotionally sensitive situations.
