Job summary

Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking a Fundraising Programme Manager (In Memory Giving) on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is full-time (34.5 hours) with a hybrid arrangement, requiring about 1 day per month in the London, Shipley, or Glasgow offices.

You’ll lead a programme across channels, delivering projects and campaigns while managing budgets, building strong relationships, and championing the supporter experience.

• Lead a programme of giving and engagement activity across channels.
• Plan and deliver multiple projects, campaigns and activities with budgets and timelines.
• Build relationships with colleagues, external partners and suppliers.
• Champion the supporter experience with empathy and good judgement in sensitive situations.
• Manage budgets and resources; use performance information to focus effort and investment.
• Lead and develop a direct report; create an inclusive environment for the team.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve activity.
• Manage partners and suppliers; monitor performance and resolve issues constructively.
• Develop specialist knowledge and seek advice from experts when needed.
