• This is a newly created in-house Senior Tax Analyst role within an international Midlands-based business.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax planning and compliance, including transfer pricing.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Support R&D and Capital Allowance work.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors as needed.
• Evaluate tax implications of business decisions and advise management.
• Contribute to process improvements within the tax department.
• Assist in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Support other departments with tax-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates should have:

• A professional qualification such as CTA/ATT or ACA/ACCA.
• Proven experience in corporate tax.
