About Our Client

Our Client is a well known brand within the property / housing sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle your own case load of property litigation matters, with appropriate supervision, based on experience.
• Manage all stages of disputes from pre-litigation to trial/hearing advocacy, including other building safety and property litigation matters, with supervision.
• Liaise with external solicitors and Counsel, monitoring external costs and obtaining expenditure approval.
• Provide support and advice to internal clients regarding property legislation and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales, with 4-8 years of PQE, and experience in:

• Building Safety Act 2022
• Residential long leasehold properties (excluding private rented sector)
• Conveyancing, property acquisitions, and property finance
• Company and commercial transactions
• GDPR legislation
