Job summary

Anthem Consulting is supporting an international law firm hiring a social, enthusiastic and creative PR Assistant to join its Business Development & Marketing team in Birmingham. Working closely with the Head of PR, you will raise the firm's profile through storytelling, media relations, and compelling content, delivering press materials and supporting social channels.

The role requires 12+ months of PR agency experience, ideally within professional services, and offers a clear path to in-house

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of PR in developing and delivering the firm's PR strategy.
• Research media opportunities and identify relevant opportunities for proactive pitches.
• Assist with drafting and distributing press releases and other PR materials.
• Support social media activity and help develop engaging content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts.
• Monitor relevant media coverage and identify opportunities to enhance the firm's profile.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to identify compelling stories and newsworthy opportunities.
