Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a German-speaking Paralegal to join its in-house legal team in Reading. You will support the Legal Director and collaborate with Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance, Product and Operations on commercial, employment, property and corporate matters, including CMS implementation and template standardisation.

You will draft and review agreements, conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Professional fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in an in-house legal team or multinational tech business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Legal Director and cross-functional teams on commercial, employment, property and corporate matters.
• Assist with Contract Management System (CMS) implementation and template standardisation.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements; conduct legal research across jurisdictions.
• Identify process improvements using technology and AI-enabled tools.
