Job summary

Greys Specialist Recruitment Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for an in-house, full-time position. The role is single-site with no travel and offers a secure, permanent career within a supportive, growing team.

You will lead management referrals, fitness-to-work assessments, and health surveillance, while promoting wellbeing and acting as the main OH contact across departments.

Qualifications

• RGN with active NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification ( Diploma/Degree ).
• Experience in Occupational Health nursing.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
• Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance.
• Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
• Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
• Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
