Job summary

Prodigy Studios is seeking an In-House Graphics Designer to lead the visual identity across its YouTube and social channels. You will craft thumbnails, motion graphics, titles and transitions aligned with brand and content goals.

The role requires strong portfolio in digital media, sports content and YouTube visuals, with collaboration across Producers, Directors, Editors, Social Media and Commercial teams. London-based, hybrid position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in sports/digital media.
• Strong portfolio showing digital, social and motion graphics work.
• Demonstrates ability to create YouTube thumbnails that drive engagement.
• Understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual identity across Prodigy Studios' YouTube and social channels.
• Create graphics for thumbnails, motion graphics, titles, lower thirds and transitions.
• Collaborate with producers, editors and social teams to align visuals with brand and content goals.
• Develop new visual formats and evolving channel look and feel.
