Job summary

Prodigy Studios is seeking an In-House Graphics Designer to lead visual identity across its growing YouTube and social portfolio. You will develop thumbnails, motion graphics and branded graphics to strengthen storytelling and audience engagement.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will collaborate with Producers, Directors, Editors and Social teams to create compelling, data-driven visuals that elevate each production's personality and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and motion graphics.
• Proven experience as Graphic Designer or Motion/Digital Designer, ideally within sports, entertainment, digital media, YouTube or creator-led environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital, social and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of what makes an effective YouTube thumbnail and how visual design can influence click-through and audience behaviour.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative instincts and an ability to develop distinctive visual identities.
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into a strong creative concept.
• Ability to work quickly and confidently to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to take creative direction while also bringing your own ideas and creative judgement.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for sport and a strong understanding of sports culture and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers and Editors to craft visuals across YouTube and social channels.
• Create YouTube thumbnails and motion graphics to strengthen branding.
• Ensure consistency of visuals across shows and campaigns.
• Develop opening titles, end cards, bumpers and recurring graphic sequences.
• Produce data visualisations and editorial graphics when required.
