Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The role reports to a Senior Stakeholder and the General Counsel.

What we are looking for:

• Proven significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• Qualified Lawyer (Common Law Jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience advising on and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and contracts under foreign laws and jurisdictions.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially with high-value contracts.
• Experience working within or with software or IT companies (Essential).
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, etc. (Essential).
• Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
• Experience advising on global data protection laws (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act).
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

This position is based in the UK and is predominantly remote.
