Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist to manage customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior stakeholder and the General Counsel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• Qualified lawyer (Common Law jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.
• Significant experience advising and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and contracts governed by foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value contracts.
• Extensive experience working within or with software or IT companies (Essential).
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential).
• Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
• Willingness to travel as needed to clients and offices.
